Provide your booking reference
You will find it in your confirmation email (format: AR2606XXXX)

Confirmation & refund
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. Stripe refund takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Issues during or after the rental
Once you have picked up the vehicle, matters concerning the rental itself (mechanical issues, accidents, additional service charges, billing disputes) are handled directly by the partner rental agency, using the contact details provided in your rental contract.
Special cases
Partner agency unable to deliver vehicle
In this rare case, the partner agency will offer you an alternative vehicle of the same or higher category at no extra charge. If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund (100%) regardless of the cancellation policy.
Flight cancellation / force majeure
If cancellation is due to force majeure (airline flight cancellation, natural disaster, government decisions), contact us with relevant documentation. We evaluate each case individually to find a fair solution.
Date change (instead of cancellation)
In many cases, date change is a better option than cancellation โ faster and free of charge subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before the original pickup to check availability.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are processed by AutoRent.gr via Stripe when payment was made online by card. The refund goes back to the same card/payment method. For bank transfers, refunds are made to an IBAN you provide.
