We are a platform, not a rental company ourselves. You search and book through autorent.gr, complete your payment securely via Stripe, and we pass your booking on to one of our licensed partner rental agencies in Thessaloniki. The partner provides the vehicle, signs the rental contract with you at pickup, and issues the official tax receipt. We stay in the picture for everything before pickup (changes, questions, cancellations) and our partner takes over for the rental itself.
